CURRY SQUID

Squid curry is very tasty Indonesian food and fit in a meal on time because of cold spicy taste that keeps the body warm.

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gram squid, wipe the contents inside an ink
  • 700 ml coconut milk
  • 2 young lemongrass
  •  3 bay leaves
  • 1 vertebra galangal
  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind
  • salt and sugar to taste

SOFTENED SEASONING
  • 15 Curly red chili
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 3 candlenut 

HOW TO MAKE
  1.  Stir - fry the spices until fragrant, input lemograss, galangal and bay leaves stir up wilted
  2. Input squid, stir until hardened and then input coconut milk. Stir until boiling.
  3. Put tamarind water, salt and sugar to taste, stir well.
  4. Cook until all ingredients soft and ripe. Taste the tastes and lift it.
