KLEPON

 Let's make klepon, traditional cakes Indonesia


MAKING MATERIALS klepon250 grams of glutinous rice flour (sifted until smooth).50 grams of rice flour.200 grams of brown sugar / sugar.1½ tbsp solution from pandanus leaves (to get the aroma and green color).1 pandan leaf.¼ tsp salt (to taste).½ head a bit old, grate.¼ liter of water¼ tsp whiting.
HOW TO MAKE klepon
Mix flour and glutinous rice flour, stirring until well blended. Add a little water along with whiting, pandan water solution.
