OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN

One option that is easy to cook chicken and of course delicious.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Whole chicken, cut to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

SOFTENED SEASONING
  • 2 Stalk lemongrass, take the rod white
  • 1 vertebra turmeric
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 garlic

HOW TO MAKE
  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and dain.
  2. Skewers of chicken skewer with cutlery that chicken can be cooked evenly and seasoning to seep into the meat.
  3. Mix the chicken with spices together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and the oven with a temperature of 220 degrees C for 40 - 50 minutes. Do not forget while behind and order to mature evenly.
  5. Remove and serve while warm.
