SAMBAL

Indonesian people tend to like spicy food, chili is one spicy food. sauce can be served with hot rice and side dishes can also be served as a snack food.
This time we will make mango sauce

 
Material:
2 tablespoons oil
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
100 grams of half-ripe mango (cut into small pieces lengthwise)
lime juice

Materials (pulverized rough):

8 pieces of curly red chili
3-8 pieces of red chili sauce
1 teaspoon shrimp paste

How to make:

1. Heat oil in a skillet, saute the ingredients that have been pulverized rough.
2. If it appears fragrant, put sugar and salt.
3. Turn off the heat, remove the sauce that has been sauteed in a bowl.
4. Mix the mango chunks and mix until evenly distributed.
5. Add the lime juice.
