PEPES

PEPES TERI NASI

Ingredients:

250 gr Teri Nasi
1 egg
1 sheet of turmeric leaf, coarsely sliced
1 stalk Lemongrass
100 ml thick coconut milk
Banana leaves for wrapping
3 pieces of red pepper, slices
tally to taste for plaiting one
2 thin slices of tomato fruit

Subtle seasoning:

5 cloves shallots
2 cloves garlic
½ Spoon the coriander
½ teaspoon salt
6 cayenne pepper fruit

HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE PEPES TERI NASI

Prepare banana leaves
Mix the anchovies rice with spices that have been mashed, turmeric leaves, red pepper, and sliced red onion, tomato and stir well until well blended.
Give the coconut milk, stir again
Beat the eggs and then mix, mix well
Divided into 7 sections and wrap with banana leaves
Steamed until cooked approximately for 30 minutes, lift up, then Bake until dry and out of scents
If already out, lifting aroma and pepes teri rice is ready to be served.
